God (Oscar winner Morgan Freeman of Bruce Almighty) knows Evan’s got the stuff to change the world. After all, he’s the one who gave it to him. So it should come as no surprise when God tells Evan to build an ark. Should it?

In the new Tom Shadyac movie, Evan Almighty, Steve Carell reprises his role from the original film Bruce Almighty. This time he has climbed his way up the political ladder. With his new platform and position firm, God names him the modern day Noah.

With no flood in site, God and Evan, along with a cast that includes Lauren Graham, Wanda Sykes and John Goodman, take Evan Almighty movie audiences on a rollercoaster ride filled with laughter.
